Happy Happy Day!
The picture says it all, shouldn't elaborate too much on that. Must get back on to revision pretty soon as i have 3 papers to sit for this couple of days.
In all, we had a great day at the Singapore Discovery Center with everyone. Highlights of today's trip was the stop at the shooting gallery and the singapore toons section. The china friends of ours were so glad that they are able to have a feel of the SAR-21 for that shooting game battle. Then, make our way to the singapore toons corner, found rather interesting and beautiful pictures of comics cartoons drawn by singapore famous artists. Those pictures describes it the history of singapore, singaporeans's living and the mutiples obstacles we'd overcomed before reaching this stage of success. Lots of photo taking session and i'd selected a few to be uploaded shortly.
Proceeded on to the main exhibit hall then to the 3-d cinema for a short movie clip. Am so glad to have gotten 2 "CHOPE" tissues from the souvenir shop. So cool!
Had our dinner at tanglin halt and then to church for the feng shui talk. The speaker was so good in his sermon that I fell in love with it. Decided to buy one of his book to read more his articles on that. And besides that, I'm looking forward to listening to his sermon in tomorrow's service.

the future lies in our own hands
This happened a couple of days ago and since i'm free that day, decided to meet up with ervine, elton and my sis for some K-Box session. I was in a rather low mood as it has always been the case and that i was hoping that singing will do abit of healing. As such, i felt better. Though in that little cosy room, i could feel the emoness in there and i mean among us too. Certainly, everyone feels the same way as i do. We're all outta of love.
Sometimes really wonder, why can some people taste the sweetness of love while the others the bitterness of it? It isn't fair. rahhh!!!
Despite all those negative things that had affected us over these days, we're not to be beaten. But instead, work harder to acheive our goal in life..
Coming together is a beginning,
staying together is a process,
and working together is a success.

Celebrating Singapore 42th Birthday
This year, instead of the usual National Stadium, the ceremony was held at a brand new location and brand new style, the Marina Bay's floating platform. Besides all that, there were many highlights that were new too and was only brought into the celebration this year.
Some of the highlights were commandos rappelling down the Benjamin Shears Bridge, armed soldiers and men from the Special Operations Command getting up close and personal with the spectators in the gallery and marching of the guard-of-honour contigents right from suntec convection center. Manage to capture some the marching and also the fireworks display later in the night. It was simply wonderful and indeed unforgettable too.
Thus, this year ndp has certainly grown and was brought to a higher level as we're glad to say that citizens could expect even more thrills in the upcoming years. As for this year, it was great and definetely a magical and memorable year for me. Hooray! Happy Birthday Singapore!
